My professional journey has taken me across healthcare, non-profits, and the business world. These experiences taught me how to support individuals and teams during times of change, helping them regain clarity, confidence, and momentum. I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Project Management Professional (PMP) and mother of two wild and fun children.
